Granting an agency collaborator access to synbad.com

Within your agency, many people can help you with your duties. Based on their roles and responsibilities, you may grant them access to synbad.com to become agency collaborators.

Access to synbad.com granted to a collaborator from your agency allows one of your employees to access more specific content about your role as agency executive officer. This way, you will be better supported in the follow-ups you need to do with your brokers.

Note: the number of accesses that can be granted is illimited. In addition, designated collaborators are not required to be real estate broker's licence holders.

An agency collaborator's access to synbad.com replaces the "agency management staff" access (formerly referred to as "director access") and "agency administrative staff" access.

This access to synbad.com is to be distinguished from the privileges granted to an authorized signatory. Please read this article for more information.

Granting a collaborator access to synbad.com comes with a code (a code X is granted to unlicensed real estate collaborators) and password, as well as the following privileges:

Access to the section reserved for brokers;
Access to the Monitoring of my brokers section in My record;
Access to complete training courses via the My training portal section;
Access to agency licence maintenance receipts;
Access to My AEO Space.

In addition, collaborators receive the AEO’s version of the weekly newsletter PRO@CTIVE.

Application for access

You must apply to the OACIQ by completing this form and returning it to us by email at certification@oaciq.com.

Important: Should a collaborator leave your agency, it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible so we can remove all his or her access to your agency's privileged information. To do so, you must complete the same form mentioned above.

Application processing

The Certification Department will process the application for access as soon as possible. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you and the person concerned to confirm that the application has been processed.
