The Discipline Committee of the OACIQ has suspended Léo Waltzing’s real estate broker licence for a period of 60 days, notably for failing, as agency executive officer, to ensure that the prospective buyers are informed of water infiltration problems affecting the immovable.
A record number of some 780 guests – brokers, agency executive officers, students and industry partners – attended the 2019 edition of the Rendez-vous of the OACIQ, the authority of real estate brokerage in Quebec.
The OACIQ will hold an event at the National Assembly to discuss with elected officials the need to democratize and popularize real estate transactions with the general public.
