Be advised that on June 7, 2024, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the
real estate broker licence of Mr. Steeve Morin, whose establishment is located in
Quebec City, be suspended from July 11 to August 9, 2024, for committing the
following offence:

Count 1: As of or about December 13, 2019, placed himself in a conflict of interest by
signing the exclusive brokerage contract to sell with the seller while he had had the
promisor-buyer sign the promise to purchase, whose conditions were in the process
of being fulfilled.
