The OACIQ Discipline Committee has suspended Léo Waltzing’s licence for 60 days

The Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) has suspended Léo Waltzing’s real estate broker licence for a period of 60 days, notably for failing, as agency executive officer, to ensure that the prospective buyers are informed of water infiltration problems affecting the immovable.
